This policy explains how Ferrari Enterprises LLC ("we," "us") collects, uses and protects information across our apps, services and this website (together, our "products"). Some products have extra details, listed under Product details below.
The short version
- We collect only what we need to run our products.
- We don't sell your personal information.
- We don't use your information to track you across other companies' apps or websites.
- You can ask us to delete your information, and our apps with accounts let you delete your account yourself.
Information we collect
Account information. If a product has accounts, we collect what's needed to create and run yours, such as a sign-in identifier, and your name and email address if you provide them (for example through Sign in with Apple).
Content and activity. Information created while you use a product, such as game progress and scores, or the details you enter to run a team or league.
Information you choose to make public. Some features show information to other users, such as a display name on a leaderboard. We tell you in the product when something will be visible to others.
Technical information. When our products connect to our servers, we receive information such as IP address, device type, operating system and app version. We use it to operate, secure and fix our products.
Messages to us. If you email us, we keep the message and your contact details so we can respond.
How we use information
- To provide, maintain and improve our products.
- To create and secure accounts and sync your data across devices.
- To send messages you've asked for, such as notifications or replies to support requests.
- To prevent fraud, abuse and cheating, and to comply with the law.
Sharing
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers that host or run parts of our products for us, such as cloud database, hosting and email providers. They may use it only to provide services to us.
- With other users, where a feature is designed to show it to them.
- When required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or others.
- As part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case this policy would continue to apply to your information.
Retention and deletion
We keep personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our products, then delete it unless we must keep it for legal reasons. Products with accounts let you delete your account from inside the product. You can also email us to request deletion.
Children
Our products aren't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them without a parent's consent. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it. Products designed for use with minors will explain their parental controls in their product details.
Your choices and rights
You can access, correct or delete your information, turn off notifications in your device settings, and choose what you share. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights. Contact us and we'll help.
Security
We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted connections, to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
This website
fiesllc.com doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider processes basic request information, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site.
Product details
Solus Novem (iPhone)
- No ads, no in-app purchases, no tracking. Solus doesn't use advertising identifiers or third-party ad or analytics tools.
- Play without an account. The app creates a random, anonymous account ID so your progress can be saved. It isn't linked to your name or contact details.
- Sign in with Apple is only needed for competitive features (daily puzzle, monthly events, leaderboards, head-to-head). Apple shares a unique identifier and, if you allow it, your name and email, which you can choose to hide.
- Game data. Practice games stay on your device. Competitive games are sent to our servers so they can be scored fairly. Move timing and patterns are reviewed to detect cheating.
- Public information. Your chosen player name and badge appear on leaderboards. Your real name and email are never shown.
- Delete your account in the app under Settings → Account → Delete account.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above. If a change is significant, we'll notify you in the affected product before it takes effect.
